Palacio Tango

It is a unique space of its kind for holding events, located in the General Güemes Gallery, also known as Pasaje Güemes, a late art nouveau style building that has an interior pedestrian passage that connects Florida and San Martín streets, 116 meters long and was the first building in Buenos Aires built entirely in reinforced concrete and is also considered the first skyscraper in the city.

It was inaugurated on December 15, 1915, and its name commemorates General Martín Miguel de Güemes, a hero of the Argentine War of Independence. Located in the heart of Buenos Aires, in the basement of 165 Florida Street, this magical and unique space offers an unparalleled arts and performance center.

It comprises the Astor Piazzolla Theatre and the Carlos Gardel Theatre, and both spaces are distinguished by their sophistication, elegance and pure Art Nouveau style from the Belle Epoque.

Our show: We recreate the great Argentine passion for tango. Scenographic display, majestic costumes, undisputed musicians, singers and dancers will transport us to an unforgettable experience.
